During your stay in Kathmandu, you will be accommodated in a clean hotel in Kathmandu with an attached private room. All accommodations during your trek are on a twin-shared basis. On request, we can supply you with a single bed accommodation too.
The Kathmandu and Pokhara Hotel has an attached bathroom, while the tea houses during your trek in most places only have shared a bath- and toilet facilities.

However, single rooms are readily available in Kathmandu and at most trekking regions in the lower ranges. They might be more difficult to find the higher you travel.

Meals While trekking:

You will be able to experience authentic, home-cooked meals. However, if you chose, there is also an international cousin (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, Indian, etc.) available.

Breakfast and dinner will be served in a tea house or lodge. Here we will also rest for the night. Lunch, on the other hand, is served during our trip to the next destination. While trekking, all meals will be provided. However, during your stay in Kathmandu, only breakfast will be provided. As a special bonus,

Physical Condition & Experience:

The main Everest region trekking, Annapurna, and Manasalu on a moderate trek suitable for passionate walkers who can walk at least 4-7 hours a day with a light rucksack. Some days, the waking hours will stretch to 7 – 8 hours.

You might already know, walking at high altitudes is more demanding, due to restricted oxygen, than, when trekking in lower heights. You will need excellent health and average physical fitness. Bring a positive attitude to the trek and some determination; all the rest will come by itself. Together we can succeed.

It is advisable to start doing exercise several weeks before your holiday trip to Nepal. This will give you the needed stamina and give you additional strength. You will definitely benefit from some past hiking experience, but this is not really required for this trip.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300 m/4,264 ft)

Our Airport representative welcomes you to Kathmandu airport on your arrival, then he will transfer you to the required Hotel. After checking in to your hotel you can have your own time for refreshment then we can meet about the evening time, which is a suitable time for you then we give you a short brief about your holiday and take you to dinner at Nepali authentic restaurant.

Day 02: Trek Preparation & Explore the city around

This is your city exploration day after your breakfast you can walk around at Thamel, Basantapur where you can see many old temples and local bazaar as it is the Hub of the city. After short sight walking, we will give final information on what to take for your trek and what not to take.

Accommodation: 3-star categories Hotel in Kathmandu,

Meals: Breakfast.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Sotikhola bus drive (710 m/2328 ft) 7-8 hours

 Today we begin our journey quite early to Soti Khola, The last 35 km road will be bumpy off the road so it’s better to leave early in the morning. During this drive, you can see the real local life of Villagers, their traditional House, Landscapes, and some beautiful rivers. After 7 hours off-road drive, we reach Aarughat than we still drive furthermore to Soti Khola where we will spend the night.

Day 04: Trek from Soti Khola to Maccha Khola (900 m/2952 ft): 6 hours

We take our early breakfast at the same lodge we slept last night than we follow the trekking path through the tropical forest Sal trees than ascend up to the Ridge. After the ridge, we reach to Khursane village, then we follow the rocky trekking path Ascending & Descending at the same time we get to see beautiful tropical waterfalls. The walking path will be downhill after that we pass some beautiful rice fields than we walk up to the local village Lapubesi. The trails will be wider after passing Lapubesi but we walk on a rocky path before we climb to the rock cliff After that we follow the downhill path cross the suspension bridge to reach your destination Machhakhola.

Day 05: Trek from Maccha Khola to Jagat (1,410 m/ 4,625 ft): 6 hours

After breakfast at the hotel, we follow the narrow walking path ascending & descending towards Tharo Khola than we reach to Khorlabesi. The trekking route will be up and down, mostly after Khorlabesi, then we reach a natural hot spring place at Tatopani. The trail leads you to the top of the hill after a hot spring than we cross the Budi Gandaki River on a suspension bridge after that we cross landslide area and bridge over Yaru Khola. The trail climbs up on a  stone made steeps to Tharo Bharyang. After that, we follow the west bank of the Budi Gandaki River and continuously climb up to the ridge. We then reach Jagat. Where we stay that night in the lodge.

Day 06: Jagat Village to Deng (1,804 m/5917 ft): 6 hours

Today we start to walk over the climbing to the ridge to Salleri & downhill to Sridibas village. The trekking path takes us to the valley after passing Sridibas, then continue up to the Ghattekhola. The view of the valley and the nature trails make your memorable walking experience than we walk further on a quite long suspension bridge to reach Philim Gaun,  which is a big residency area of Gurung people. After passing that large Gurung village we follow the north side trail from the lower part of a village than continuously passes millet field to Ekle Bhatti. The trail will be quite steep and follow the Budi Gandaki river for a short time in the green paradise valley cross the river again. And follow the bamboo forest along the river to reach the Deng  Khola Village. We stay overnight in the small Deng Village after crossing the small stream.

Day 07: Trek from Deng to Namrung (2630 m/8626 ft): 6 hours

We begin our walk after breakfast at the lodge. We walk towards Budi Gandaki valley cross Budi Gandaki river again for a short time, then go up to Rana at 1900 m. The trail leads you to join the other trekking path than we walk toward the west side of the Budi Gandaki river. Today we are going to walk into the forest, Pass some Mani Walls than we reach to Chap. Today we have to cross the Budi Gandaki river several times and get the change to see the Monastery. There has been a very dense forest for a while to cross after then there will be just a normal walk again. The last part of the hike will be steep, but a pleasant path to reach Namrung Village. We stay overnight at Namrung lodge.

Day 08: Namrung to Samagaon (3530 m/11,578 ft): 7 hours

Our each and every day becoming very especial because you’re going to see many natural things inclusive of towering mountains and valley. Today we have to go uphill most of the time through the forest and have to pass the Lihi village, Terrace field, and many buddies Chorten. The trail takes us to the valley of Simon Himal, during this time you get to see an up-close view of Ganesh Himal. After that, we further are going to pass so, Lho and shallow village before you react at Samagaon. When we reach Shyala village we can visit the Ribung Gompa (Monastery) which is popular and surrounded by many high mountains. We then walk some time to react to Samagaon where we spent that night in the tea house.

Day 09: Samagaon to the Pungyengompa – Samagaon: 6 hours excursion Day

Today is our relaxing day as we go to make just a sight trip to visit Pyongyang Gompa, many walls, Sherpa village, and many cultural things. We spent two nights at Samagaon for acclimatization as it is important too, and at the same time, you can explore many localities while you are walking around Samagaon.

Day 10: Samagaon to Samdo (3,860 m/12,660 ft): 4 hours

We begin our walk in the morning again after breakfast, then we follow the way going down to the Budi Gandaki riverside. There is left the trail after passing side small stream takes you to Manaslu base camp. The Larke pass trekking route from here passes some Buddhist Mani walls and valley.

The trail is quite easy through the juniper & Birch forest Karma Kharka. After that, we cross the Budi Gandaki river again and steep climb through some shiny main wall then we react at Samdo. We stay at the Samdo village that night.

Day 11: Rest Day in Samdo (it is Acclimatization day)

Today is our 2nd Acclimatization day and we have two options, either walking around Samdo village and explore the area for a short time or you go to the Tibet border and visit some magnificent viewpoint. If you are fit enough and don’t mind walking the whole day we recommend you make Tibet border sight hiking for today if not you can rest, do laundry and prepare for the next day. We spent an extra night in Samdo.

Day 12: Trek from Samdo to Dharamsala/Larkya B. C. 4460 m/14, 628 ft): 3 -4 hours

After breakfast, we trek down to the edge than we cross the wooden made bridge over the Budi Gandaki river and ascents the trail To 2 small streams and Larke Glacier. We follow the trail to Salka Khola than follow the uphill path tell stone guest house, which is not proper lodge just a Shelter it is called Dharmasala, it is also known as a Larke Phedi. Today we just walk short but within this territory we get to see many unbelievable landscapes, relaxing walk, which helps a lot not to have mountain sickness. We spent one night at Dharmasala.

Day 13: Trek from Dharamsala – Larkya La [5160 m/16, 924 ft] – Bimthang Village (3720 m/12, 201 ft): 8 hours

Today we follow the trails to the north side which is the side of the Larkya Glacier. Today we get an immense opportunity to see Larkya peak, Larkya pass & Cho Danda. We walk on a glacier for while gradually uphill, but it is a just amazing place, especially from the top of Larke la you get to see Annapurna II, Kangguru, Himlung so no. Today is your best day that the paradise Larkya pass makes your day very special as it is high so that we can see unbelievable views. It is a relatively long day, but it is a lovely walking day to Bhimtang.

Day 14: Bimthang to Tilje (2300 m/7544 ft): 6 hours

The Bhimtang is a beautiful village after Larkya pass. We can enjoy the spectacular view of Mt. Manaslu, Lamjung Himal, Cheo Himla & Himlung Himal. The trail from Bhimtang will be downhill towards Dhud Khola passing some grazing area. We follow the narrow walking route through the rhododendron forest till we react at the Kirche, then we climb steeply to the ridge. After passing that ridge the trails take us downhill than we reach to Gho. It is an optional place top spent the night instead of Tilje but if you can go to Tilje there will be better lodges and food. We stay at Tilje for a night.

Day 15: Trek from Tilije to Tal (1700 m/5576 ft): 5 hours

 At the beginning after breakfast, we have to walk up to the ridge than we follow the stone made trails passing some villages than we cross the bridge over Dudh Khola. After passing that bridge the trails climb up through the buddies curtains, Mani walls than we react at Tonje Village. After Tonje Village we go through the police check post, and walking towards Dharapani. The Dharapani is the border point between Manaslu & Annapurna region. It is like junction we then walk down to create a village after that continue to walk to The bridge over the Marsyangdi river then we react at Tal. We stay a night there.

Day 16:  Trek from Tal – Syange (1080 m/3542 ft): 6 hours

Today also we are going to follow the descending trail to the Chyamje and we cross the Marsyangdi river again, then we follow the wide valley through terrace field, pine forest, rhododendron trees after that we react at Syange.

Day 17: Syange – Kathmandu: 8-9 hours

 Today is the final day of your trek after we have breakfast at the lodge we take a bus from Syange to Kathmandu via Besisahar. It is a long drive, about 8 to 9 hours, but it offers an opportunity to enjoy mountain landscapes & Hill both. The drive will be bumpy at the begging, but after a few hour’s drive, we will catch highway along the Trisuli River than it will be a more comfortable ride. Once we reach Kathmandu we will have a great evening all together at the Nepalese authentic restaurant at a farewell dinner.

Day 18: Final departure

Can I get a Nepal visa when I arrive at Kathmandu Airport?

Yes, you can get a visa when you arrive in Nepal’s airport easily, you just need to take two passport size photographs with you and passport copy after a few minutes you can get a visa. So for 30 days, Nepali visa costs 40 USD, and till 15 days staying visa cost 25 USD Per person similarly if you are staying 3 months (90 days) than it cost 100 USD.

Which season is the best to travel to Nepal?

We have so many different trekking areas from 2000 m up to 5555 m and all year you can trek after consulting with your agent, but in general spring and Autumn is the best to go to Nepal.

Can I trek in Nepal?

There are many choices of trekking areas in Nepal for first-time visitors, moderate and adventure so if you are not so fit and getting confusing to make it or not I would say you definitely you can do it because there are many easy walking routes where you don’t need to worry about mountain sickness and steep walk so you can ask with your agent and discuss what is best for then he/ she will give many options as per your time limit.

How fit do I need to be to trek in Nepal?

If you are usually fit and used to do daily morning exercise don’t worry, you can do it easily because we just walk limit distance and hours max 6 hours a day so if you are a little bit fit close your eyes and just do it.

Can I hire an experienced trainee guide?

Sure, you can get government authorized trekking and tour guide if you want to know much information from Nepal and Nepalese society you can have experienced guide who will make your best trip and meaningful. There are many prices for a guide in Nepal because they have a category for ex: A grading guide, a B grade guide, a C grade guide so if you want to hire well English speaker guide cost 40 USD a day and 8-grade guide costs 30 USD per day and C grade guide cost 20 USD a day.

What kind of accommodation will be during the trek?

When you are on the mountain during your trek you can have your private room generally twins bed in one room with comfortable mattress and pillows, but for shower and bathroom most of the places we have to share with other visitors. The lodges will be warm and nice insulated and also

Can I have local food and western food both I the trekking?

Yes, you can have almost all kinds of dishes over there. Especially if you are trekking over 4000 m high the quality of food will not be so good but good enough for a few days, but below 4000 m trek, there are professional cook most of the lodges who will serve you continental, Indian, western, Italian and Nepali all kinds of foods. There is no bargain system in the Himalaya where you can see your food on many and order than they will; serve you very quickly.

Does your agency organize hotel booking and domestic tickets?

Best season to trek in Nepal?

• Spring (Feb to May) and then again,
• Autumn (September to December 15) are the best months.
