During Peak seasons (March to May and September to November), flights to Lukla are rerouted to Ramechhap (Manthali) Airport due to congestion at Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan Airport. This change ensures smoother travel to the Everest region. Outside peak times, direct flights from Kathmandu to Lukla operate normally.
