I recently completed the classic Jiri to Everest Base Camp Trek, one of the most authentic and rewarding trekking routes in Nepal, and I would like to share my experience with full appreciation for the team that made this journey successful.
From the very beginning, everything was well-organized and professionally handled. The trail from Jiri offers a true Himalayan trekking experienceโremote villages, peaceful landscapes, and gradual altitude gain that makes the journey both challenging and deeply rewarding.
A special mention goes to our guide, Dhana, who demonstrated excellent professionalism throughout the trek. His knowledge of the route, safety awareness, and calm leadership made the entire journey smooth and confident. He always ensured proper pacing, acclimatization, and clear communication at every stage.
Our porter, Muskan, was equally impressive. Strong, reliable, and always supportive, he carried with great responsibility and maintained a positive attitude throughout the challenging sections of the trail.
I would also like to sincerely thank our client traveler, Mara Marconi from Canada, for her positive energy, patience, and strong determination during the long trekking days. Her spirit truly added motivation to the group.
