The Everest Base Camp Trek is a bucket-list adventure for avid hikers and nature enthusiasts. This iconic trek takes you through picturesque Sherpa villages, alpine forests, suspension bridges, and high-altitude landscapes. Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. You’ll have the rest of the day to relax and recover from your journey. In the evening, there will be a welcome dinner where you can meet your trekking guide and fellow travelers.
Day 2: Kathmandu City Tour
After breakfast, we will embark on a guided city tour of Kathmandu. You’ll visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites including Kathmandu Durbar Square, where you can admire ancient palaces and temples, Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, Swayambhunath Temple, also known as the Monkey Temple, and Bauddhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world. In the evening, we will have a pre-trek briefing and gear check.
Day 3: Kathmandu to Lukla (2,860m) and Phakding (2,610m)
Today, we will take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, where our trek to Everest Base Camp begins. Upon landing, we will meet our porters and start our trek towards Phakding. The trail descends towards the Dudh Koshi River and passes through lush forests, small villages, and suspension bridges. We will spend the night in Phakding, a beautiful settlement situated at an altitude of 2,610 meters.
Day 4: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m)
Our trek continues along the banks of the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges. We enter Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and ascend towards Namche Bazaar. Along the way, we can enjoy stunning views of Mt. Thamserku (6,623m) and encounter yaks and other wildlife. Namche Bazaar, known as the gateway to Everest, is a vibrant Sherpa town where we will spend the night.
Day 5: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
To aid acclimatization, we will spend an extra day in Namche Bazaar. You can explore the town and visit the Sherpa Museum to learn about the local culture and mountaineering history. Additionally, we can hike to the nearby Everest View Hotel for breathtaking panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and other surrounding peaks.
Day 6: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860m)
Leaving Namche Bazaar, we ascend further towards Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery. The trail offers stunning views of Everest, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and other Himalayan peaks. We will visit the monastery, immerse ourselves in the serene atmosphere, and witness Buddhist rituals. Tengboche is situated at an elevation of 3,860 meters.
Day 7: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m)
Continuing our trek, we descend through rhododendron forests and cross the Imja Khola before ascending to Pangboche. We then hike towards Dingboche, a beautiful settlement surrounded by fields enclosed by stone walls to protect crops from the cold wind. The altitude at Dingboche is 4,410 meters.
Day 8: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Another acclimatization day is essential for adjusting to the higher altitude. We can take a short hike to Nagarjun Hill, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, including Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu. Alternatively, you can relax in Dingboche and explore the local area.
Day 9: Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910m)
Our trek resumes as we ascend towards Dughla and continue along the moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. We pass memorials dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Everest before reaching Lobuche, a small settlement nestled amidst spectacular mountain views. Lobuche is located at an altitude of 4,910 meters.
Day 10: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170m) and Everest Base Camp (5,364m)
Today is the highlight of our trek as we head towards Gorak Shep, the last stop before reaching Everest Base Camp. Day 11: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5,545m) and Pheriche (4,240m)
We wake up early to hike up to Kala Patthar, a renowned vantage point offering unparalleled views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and other magnificent peaks. After capturing the sunrise over the Himalayas, we descend to Gorak Shep and continue our trek back to Pheriche, a lower settlement situated at 4,240 meters.
Day 12: Pheriche to Namche Bazaar to Lukla
Our final day of trekking involves descending through picturesque villages and forests towards Namche Bazaar. We retrace our steps, crossing suspension bridges and enjoying the lush landscapes. From Namche Bazaar, we continue descending to Lukla, where we conclude our trekking adventure. In Lukla, we celebrate our accomplishment with the local team.
Day 13: Lukla to Kathmandu
We board an early morning flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, enjoying a final glimpse of the stunning Himalayan landscapes. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. You have the rest of the day free to relax or explore the vibrant streets of Thamel, a popular tourist area.
Day 14: Departure
It’s time to bid farewell to Nepal as your memorable Everest Base Camp trek comes to an end. Our representative will transfer you to the airport for your departure flight, taking with you incredible memories and a sense of accomplishment.

Day 01: Landing at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport:
Upon arriving at the airport, you will need to go through immigration and customs before you can leave the airport. It is a good idea to have all necessary documents, such as your passport and visa, ready to present to the immigration officer. After passing through immigration and customs, you will be able to collect your luggage and exit the airport.

Day 02: Kathmandu- Besishahar (760) – Bhulbhule (840 m)

Day 16: Drive from Tatopani to Pokhara(850mtr).
The drive from Tatopani to Pokhara offers scenic beauty through Nepal’s Annapurna region, showcasing natural landscapes and mountains. Passing forests, fields, villages, and rivers, it unveils the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Covering about 210 km, the 6-7 hour drive might face winding roads and delays due to poor conditions. Annapurna Base Camp Trek 13 Days Itinerary in details:
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 meters / 4,593 feet)
Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Take some rest and enjoy the evening exploring the vibrant streets of Thamel.
Day 2: Kathmandu City Tour
After breakfast, embark on a full-day city tour of Kathmandu. Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, a historical palace square with beautiful temples and ancient royal architecture. Explore Swayambhunath Stupa, a sacred Buddhist site offering panoramic views of the city. Continue to Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world, and experience its spiritual ambiance.
Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (820 meters / 2,690 feet)
Today, we leave Kathmandu and embark on a scenic drive to Pokhara, known as the “City of Lakes.” Enjoy the picturesque landscapes along the way and check into your hotel in Pokhara. Spend the evening strolling along the serene Phewa Lake and soaking in the tranquil ambiance.
Day 4: Pokhara to Landruk (1,565 meters / 5,135 feet)
We start the day with a drive to Nayapul, the trekking starting point. From there, we trek to Landruk village, passing through beautiful terraced fields and traditional Gurung settlements. Enjoy stunning views of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) mountains. Overnight stay in Landruk.
Day 5: Landruk to Chhomrong (2,170 meters / 7,119 feet)
Today’s trek takes us through lush forests and picturesque landscapes. We ascend to the charming village of Chhomrong, located at the base of the mighty Annapurna South. Enjoy the mesmerizing views of the surrounding peaks and experience the local culture and hospitality.
Day 6: Chhomrong to Dovan (2,505 meters / 8,219 feet)
Our journey continues through bamboo and rhododendron forests, gradually descending to the Modi Khola (river). Cross the suspension bridge and trek uphill to Dovan. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and spend the night in a cozy lodge.
Day 7: Dovan to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700 meters / 12,139 feet)
Today’s trail offers breathtaking views as we trek alongside the Modi Khola. Passing through lush forests and cascading waterfalls, we reach the Machhapuchhre Base Camp (MBC). Immerse yourself in the surreal beauty of the surrounding mountains and glaciers.
Day 8: Machhapuchhre Base Camp to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 meters / 13,550 feet)
The most waited day of the trek! Trek from MBC to the Annapurna Base Camp (ABC). Witness the sunrise over the majestic peaks of Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and other surrounding mountains. Experience the serene ambiance at the base camp and rejoice in your accomplishment.
Day 9: Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2,310 meters / 7,579 feet)
After enjoying the sunrise views, we begin our descent back to Bamboo. Take in the beauty of the landscapes and enjoy the peaceful trek through rhododendron and bamboo forests. Rest and rejuvenate in Bamboo overnight.
Day 10: Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (1,780 meters / 5,839 feet)
Continue descending through lush forests and terraced fields until we reach Jhinu Danda. Here, you can relax and enjoy a refreshing bath in the natural hot springs, known for their therapeutic properties. Overnight stay in Jhinu Danda.
Day 11: Jhinu Danda to Kiumi and Drive to Pokhara
Our final day of trekking! From Jhinu Danda, we trek to Kiumi and then drive back to Pokhara. Celebrate the completion of your trek with a delicious meal and reflect upon your incredible journey.
Day 12: Pokhara to Kathmandu by Tourist Bus
Today, we bid farewell to Pokhara and embark on a scenic bus journey back to Kathmandu. Enjoy the picturesque landscapes and rural countryside along the way. Upon reaching Kathmandu, check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure, exploring the vibrant city.
Day 13: Departure from Kathmandu
On your departure day, our representative will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight back home. Take with you cherished memories of the Annapurna Base Camp trek and the cultural wonders of Nepal. Safe travels and we hope to see you again for your next adventure!
