Our group of 10 recently completed the Gokyo Lakes Trek in Nepal, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the beginning of our journey until the final day, everything was well organized and handled professionally.
A special thanks goes to our guide, Santosh Gauli, who made the trek much easier and more enjoyable for our entire group. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and always attentive to everyone’s needs. Since we were a group of 10 people with different walking speeds and energy levels, his experience and careful planning were extremely helpful.
The Gokyo Valley and its beautiful turquoise lakes were absolutely spectacular. The mountain scenery, peaceful trails, traditional villages, suspension bridges, and breathtaking views of the Himalayas made every day of the trek special. Reaching the Gokyo Lakes was one of the highlights of our trip.
What we appreciated most was the sense of safety and personal attention throughout the trek. Santosh regularly checked on the group, helped us maintain a comfortable pace, and shared useful information about the mountains, villages, local culture, and surroundings.
As travelers from Kolkata, India, we were especially happy with how smoothly the entire trekking experience went. The organization, communication, guidance, and overall hospitality were excellent.
If you are planning a Gokyo Lakes Trek in Nepal, we would happily recommend this experience. Our group returned with wonderful memories, beautiful photographs, and a much deeper appreciation for the Himalayas.
