We are the William Parker family from London, and our 12-day Everest Base Camp trek was truly the trip of a lifetime. Our guide Dharma made the entire journey feel safe, smooth, and deeply meaningful, sharing his knowledge of the trail and Sherpa culture at every step. He was patient with our pace, attentive to altitude symptoms, and kept our whole family, including our teenagers, motivated even on the toughest days.
The itinerary itself was perfectly paced, with proper acclimatization stops in Namche Bazaar and Dingboche before reaching Gorak Shep and Base Camp. The views along the way, from the suspension bridges to Ama Dablam and finally the Khumbu Icefall at Base Camp, were beyond anything we could have imagined. The teahouses, food, and overall logistics were handled seamlessly from start to finish.
We would recommend this trek and this team, especially guide Dharma, without any hesitation. It challenged us physically but rewarded us tenfold with memories we’ll treasure as a family forever. Thank you for making our Everest dream come true!
