To book a trip with Safe Holiday Adventure Pvt. Ltd., a 20% deposit is required for Nepal trips, while full payment (100%) is required for Tibet and Bhutan trips. For Nepal trips, the remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Nepal.
You have the option to pay the advance amount via bank transfer (bank details are provided below) or by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard only, and a 4% processing fee will be added for credit card payments.
If you choose to pay by credit card, please request the credit card payment form, print and complete it, and send it to us along with a copy of your passport and a copy of both sides of your credit card. Once we receive these, we will be able to debit the amount from your card.
Alternatively, you may also pay the amount via Western Union and Remitly.
