Once we receive your confirmation email, we will write back to you with the final details of the trip, including all the terms and conditions. At that point, we will be under contract to provide you with any further information you need about the trip. We want to ensure that your trip with us is safe, enjoyable, and hassle-free from the moment you book until the moment you return home.

1. Advance money for the trip

Once both parties have confirmed the trip, we kindly request an advance payment of 15-20% of the total trip cost. However, for Bhutan and Tibet tours, we require a 50% advance payment of the total trip cost. The remaining balance, exclusive of the advance payment, can be settled upon your arrival in Kathmandu.
