Since most of the trek involves walking on Mountain trails, this trek is recommended only for people with good cardiovascular fitness. Keep in mind; this trek reaches an altitude of more than 3000m/10,000ft. Such heights are much more demanding on your body than trekking at lower altitudes.
The Manaslu Trek is secluded and much different from the Annapurna Trek. If you aim to find peace and solidarity, experience oneness with nature, then the Manaslu Trekking is the hike for you.
