Can I get a Nepal visa when I reach Kathmandu Airport?

There is two option to go to Nepal either by plane landing at Tribhuvan international airport or going through the Sunauli border between Nepal and India. When you reach Kathmandu airport you can get your visa within a few minutes which is easy just fill-up the form, get two p.p sizes photos, and a passport that’s all you need then after you have to pay for the visa charge which is as bellows:

1. 90 Days visa cost = 100 USD
2. 15 Days visa cost= 25 USD
3. 30 Days visa cost= 30 USD

If you go to Nepal from the India border Sunauli you just need your passport, photo, and money which I mentioned above then you will get a visa. It is quite a long drive but to explore better south to north of Nepal you can go to Nepal from the border side.

What is tea house trekking? Is it safe?

Teahouse trekking is common activities for trekking in Nepal now as it is easy to manage and safely compare to a camping trek. Teahouse trek means you will sleep in a small house, and lodges each night of your trekking. You get to experience the culture, localities, traditions, and many other interesting things if you stay at the tea house.

Teahouse trek generally needs to get authority from the Nepal government to run the tea house so we will be safe if we are staying at the tea house because just in case they behave negatively we can complain to him/her straight to the government-related office. But camping trek does not have this option it is all at your own risk.
